2019 - POPE FRANCIS

Pope Francis - Audience of 25th September 2019 in St. Peter's Square, the Vatican.

It was the Archbishop of Ancona - Osimo Mons. Angelo Spina who led the delegation from the parish of Campocavallo in St. Peter's Square. The Covo was placed at the foot of the large parvis, where it made a fine display and attracted much interest from those present. At the end of the audience, the Holy Father went to take a close look at the artifact of ears of wheat. He then stayed on talking to the delegation from Campocavallo, the Archbishop and Mayor Pugnaloni in the lead, asking information about the feast and the subject depicted. At the end of the meeting, he imparted the blessing.
